What drivers do I need?

just make sure you don't install the useless programs that it comes with it like i'm currently using the old one but there is a checkbox to not install the programs and also make sure you have at least 16 gb or higher usb to transfer over and install make

it's a iso so extract it and it should work fine as well

Perhaps revise what You type. Ethernet driver is a rare case.

Your operating system will load the ones it has available, new hardware will usually always have a driver pre-loaded onto a Windows installation. You just need to get the updated drivers when you get a connection.
