What can I do to play with VAC?

They took my account because I supposedly had hacks, but it is not, and now I want to recover my account, they have banned me in an unjustified way and I want to play this game again, any solution?

VAC will not be removed. It's as simple as that. You can only play with bots or restart playing on an other account.

Like others have said, VAC is permanent and Valve will not remove a VAC ban unless it was applied by mistake on their end, in which case, they will automatically remove it (automated process). Your best bet is to create a new Steam account and buy another copy of the game.

You can't do anything now. Maybe you did not cheated but you had some stuff on your PC that was detected.

Its extremely hard to get VAC banned without actually cheating, VAC usually checks for applications hooked to the game or signatures of modules (DLLs) injected / loaded to see if they match a cheat.

start on a new account i'm afraid. must've been dodgy though to get a VAC ban
