Just use Coinbase. That's what I use. Most of the "instant" bitcoin buying places got shutdown by the government, so it's hard to find things like that nowadays. :(

I just made a robin hood account so I'm going to use the free stock they give me to buy bitcoin so I can buy from some russian sites

The fees for paypal transactions without id verification are high but i never got scammed :D

I've been using coin base here and there. It's a process to get verified sometimes and have to upload a bunch of personal info and a photo ID to be able to send BTC. I wish there was more of an anonymous service but I'm sure it all has to do with cc fraud.

Coinbase would be the simplest way to buy with fiat, but is having expensive fees. Depending of country you are, consider to search on local blogs
