I have neither because I don't really use Google voice commands on my phone and don't really see myself using any voice assistants. If I had to get one though I'd get Google because I'm more bought into the ecosystem and not at all with amazon

Alexa is a wastew of money in my opinion. Just a big speaker that you can speak to. Its ok if you can control your home, but even then, the controls for that are expensive each,
