What do you do to calm down when mad?

Listening to pianoor playing my piano makes me calm!

I usually scream and cuss a bit then hop on the treadmill. Happens every day during baseball season.

watch anime, smoking, and sleep. hehe just like that.

I will just sit and watch tv, especially the funny ones so i can foget my madness especially when i am stressed from school

I try to stop myself from talking and think the event through, usually you say stupid things when you mad.

Drink a glass of water.
Find a calm and quiet place and just sit quietly.
Listen to relaxing music.
