I've always used Digitalocean. Great customer service and epic cost/performance ratio. They also provide a very good docker implementation!

OVH for VPS and Soyoustart for cheaper Dedi's. Even cheaper is Kimsufu for dedi's. All owned by OVH and all given the same DDOS protection. Strongly recommended.

I use Norton VPS, its about 30 quid a year, but pretty decent to be fair !

I recommend OVH actually. They have really great prices for their vps and not to talk about the professional customer support i strongly recommend them. And as someone else said their DDOS protection is very good. Ive been a customer for ovh for almost over 2 years now.

OVH is a good provider however I do believe that you have to provide ID.
