Are you using any plugins?

Maybe recover a old backup, or look what recently changed? This may be a plugin or so.

Hide Content Until Reply (1.9)
MySubscriptions (2.01)

Edit: Seems as though the "Hide Content Until Reply" was my issue. Anyone know of a different plugin in which I can achieve the same functionality? But be able to edit the css easily?
