I just listen to sad music that makes me even sadder and after some time I decide it is about time to stop being cringy and get back to work, though i don't get sad very often.

When I am sad, I know how to comfort myself. I eat 3 oranges and 4 bananas precisely then shave my ass hole.

I like to go to the gym and/or play video games. Literally anything to get your mind off of what you are sad about.

When I'm sad I listen to sad music or just watch youtube videos

Touch myself and then I cry myself to sleep because I am alone

I'm watching a cartoon on netflix, I have a sad life

Work, because thats probably the best thing you could do in a situation like that.
