Need help on discord.

Does anyone know how to send gifs and images indiscord server that has a restriction for normal members and mods, only the admins can send images or gif. Is there a bug or exploit or anything that i can use to send images or gifs?

You just send it by adding the content as an admin the the servers custom database and will show up for everyone with required perms to use said gif/ reaction
