Hi guys I had a question and it is about how to avoid internet blockages of my government, what happens is that in my country is going through a delicate situation and I do not know anything nothing absolutely nothing happens on TV and I only have the Internet but at the time of entering does not work. Normally we surf at 240-kb / s and at most 800kb / s but when it comes to having a problem the internet limits it and lets us use only 20kbs or 50kbs and with that speed you can not really know what is happening.

If you give me a hand, I'd really appreciate it!

They throttle your speed, it seems like a problem above you, your internet speed is controlled by your internet provider, choose another company if there is one, I had shit internet before too but had no way to fix it. When it comes to blocked sites use a VPN, the slow speed is most likely beyond your control. :/
