Music. Spotify. It's the only thing that works in my case.

I think about how the universe works and get marveled at the thoughts. Magnetism, dielectricity, field theory in general... It's fun stuff.

I smoke weed when i'm sad, usually helps me to see things from a different perspective.

I eat a sad bowl of icecream in the bathtub and cry it out!

Listening to music is the way to go. You gotta make sure it's on full blast as well.

Personally i like listening to some music to brighten up my mood, if i'm still feeling sad i used to read some books such as novel and comic to make me happy and feeling cheerful, also talking to someone about the problem could make our hearts feels at ease.

Depending on the problem...
But if im feeling sad over something i got no power of i for the most part drink alcohol.
But if its something i can change, or do something about. then i wont stop until i solve the problem i would have what so ever.
