You are not allowed to host overlygigantic files, and anything illegal, CP, botnets, stressers, etc.

Yes, it has MySQL and PHP, and cPanel is included.

Lifetime means the lifetime of the hosting service hostr.cc, so, yes, I can guarantee your website will last how much hostr lasts. (that is if you do not break our ToS and host illegal files of course)
