Do you have some sort of battlepass plugin? Those sell fairly easy and give players a reason to stay on your server and grind.

Vanilla skyblock! If you're gonna do mods, I'd suggest one involving barrels for compact storage.

Come up with something custom. There are countless skyblocks server. Maybe somehow incorporate a mobwars kinda thing as an optional challange

Yea be original there are tons of plugins. You have to make people want to log back in a second time. Its all about first impression.

do something new make players think WOW i realy wanna come back to this server. Try and do something like factions meats skyblock so something like that.

Maybe you should install the Slimefun plugin to your server, or make some custom-made islands, some custom mobs, guns (crackshot) and a PVP arena.
