That's an obvious YES! I mean once your PC is obsolete in 2-4 years or so, you can always upgrade the parts and still can run the games at that current year so yes because of the modabiltiy it is the best.

In terms of customization and accessibility, yes, in my own opinion PC is the best "console", but otherwise consoles are always gonna be the easier and faster way to play games.

Just play what you like to play on. PCs are superior in terms of quality and performance. Consoles are more streamlined and simple for someone who just wants to pick up and play. Exclusives especially for PlayStation are one of the reasons I play on PS4
