Who has his WordPress site already running on pho 7.3?
Would like to know if it is indeed faster and if most of the plugins are working flawless.

You've to verify in deep if the currently installed plugins are compatible and then just update them. WP is always updated to run on last PHP version but the plugins updates are a little bit delayed so that can you give headaches if you're upgrading the php version.

the plugins should work siince php updates rarely break code syntax. just to be safe, backup using aio wp mover

There is very little gain in terms of performance but you always want to remain up to date for security reasons.

That being said, you can't go crazy on updating right away. With every php upgrade there are likely many scripts that break that need to be updated, so depending on how your website was built and dependency you may have on scripts that require older versions of php your mileage may vary.

No issues with running WP on 7.3, unless the software you're using doesn't support the latest version yet, you should use the latest

WP working correct with PHP 7.3 but some plugins could have deprecated PHP code and produce a lot of warnings in Logs. So usually problem in third party plugins, not in WP core.
