Is it worth upgrading to a RTX card, or is it better to wait until they lower down in price?

I'd say if you have the money, by all means do it. But, if you are planning to save you should wait a little bit or get a slightly cheaper card. In the end it's completely up to you.

I mean i dont see the need to upgrade from my 1080ti so not for me. But if you are someone with a lower end card then yes.

Its depend on your current graphic card and your game that you want to play. If you already have powerful card , don't upgrade to RTX but if you have money left then just buy it

Since RT will be available on GTX too... I don't think so

Depends what card you get and purpose. The new archichecture brings alot of new things performance wise, but only for raytracing it isn't worth it. There aren't enough games and it isn't optimized enough.

I've used a few cards (work in I.T.) and I'm impressed with 4k Performance, but if you aren't really planning on going past 1080p it wouldn't be worth it and you could get the 1660/1660 Ti or older 10 series card.

Depends on what you wanna play. Raytracing on the rtx 2060 is not really worth it since if you turn it on you would only get ~40 FPS on average which is playable but I dont think its comfortable playing at that frame rate.
