Nothing, beacuse if you die, your all organs and brain will die with you. So.. You will fall at something like sleep.

Well, personaly, I think that when you dyi nothing happens. You leave of exist. Then you can return again in other life. I bealive in reencarnation, and karma, and nirvana. So, I think all this is an illusion. Nothing exist really, only in your mind. You are in the matrix, that is another way to see it.

Probably not a whole lot but who knows! Near death experiences are questionning this though
