Hello, I'm working on a server with a few custom made stuff in it and i'm looking for anyone willing to contribute/help around with the website ,looking for staff etc, anyone with good social skills that knows how to handle people ,someone whose good with bringing players and so on.

Of course i do everything my self regarding the server coding wise. i only need superficial help such as a website management team, in game staff, a manager but someone who knows how to handle every situation and mainly know how to handle people. and so on.. You get the point ^^ if you wish to join me and help out i'd appreciate any help.

p.s it's a darkrp server.
Feel free to add me on discord if you wish to help out MrPandaBear#2239

Now i had multiple servers before and even though it was more unique and had custom content and better then those simple servers that have 80 players and only buy scripts normally my servers failed because i had like 0 connections and all my gmod friends were only around 3 people and none of them have gmod friends which is why i'm here now looking for people actually willing to help out and will come on without being told and will be willing to come on as well when no one is on as it's a new server it will be a bit hard to get players if no one comes.
If you're willing to actually help out with anything at all feel free to add me.

You say you can do the coding, do you make custom things, or edit scripts, and stuff like that?

I'm just trying to find proper help where people will actually come on without being told to come on.

If you post this on gmodstore youll probably get more replies but youd have to offer money

Mate i'm simply looking for staff/people that are willing to help. I'm not asking anyone to code me a billion dollar project or any coding at all.

Anything unique about the server you plan to do differently?

Just go on the gmodstore and offer 10 quid then just wait until you get a willing worker

Just some advice from someone who's been around the block a few times when it comes to Gmod communities :

* If you're just starting out and don't get any players within the first few weeks, that doesn't inherently mean that your server is going fail. Just keep making changes till you find something that works and is something that you would want to play yourself.

* I notice you talked a bit about how your other servers were more unique than those with 80+ players and you still considered them failed, unfortunately most of the time the type of content you have and how unique it is won't attract players unless if it's something that is absolutely groundbreaking in Gmod. Most of those servers host generic Gmod store addons, yet they have 80+ players because the community for them is dedicated

* If you're serious about running a community, you're going to have to be the person who can handle all the situations. Players usually look to the owner or some figure head in the community to see if they know what they're doing and that usually determines if someone stays and plays on your server.

Also I know quite a bit of GLua, if you need any help in that regard shoot me a PM and I'll give ya my Discord info Tongue

& nice Avatar :D

TL;DR
Focus on making your server enjoyable, make something that people WANT to play, and learn how to manage a community properly. Players usually come in time if you really excel at these things, and if you can't do that maybe reconsider.
