Add Optifine? maybe allow more ram to your minecraft.

I really understand you. my powerful graphics card has the same problems in the game. amazing game

It depends on what shader in which version you are using and a 1050TI is not so good for high texture packs and shaders, i personally use a 2080ti and its running smooth like butter

How many GB Ram do you have it depends on the shaderquality how many ram you have. Or how much ram do you have for Mc you have to change that option

yes its the fault of optfine/the shader engine of minecraft

I'm using a GTX 1080 and I still get problems every now or then with my shaders mod. Using some other features in optifine can help lower the lag & all but if you go into the shaders settings itself and turn something down it can also help

Adding ram and using optifine would grately boost your fps.

Depends on what shader you are using, which settings you have and what amount of ram you have.
Try using optifine if you arent already
allocate more ram to mc. to do this in the launcher go to launch options enable JVM arguments and replace the "-Xmx2G" with an appropriate number depending on how many gb of ram you have (substracting 2Gb for system and other applications) so if you have 32gb like me you would replace it with "-Xmx30G"
also check what settings the shader is at. to do this go to the shader menu and click shader options at the bottom right. these settings differ greatly from shader to shader so i cant give any specifics that would help but usually lowering shadow resolution helps a bounch
