Best resolution for rtx?

My configuration is:

RAM: 16GB DDR4 3000hz
GPU: RTX 2060
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

which is the best monitor that you advise to me ? 1080p 144hz or 2k?

I think it's gonna be 2560x1440 or something like that.

Definitely 1080p with the RTX2060, if you wanna play games with RTX features its gonna struggle to maintain 60 fps on higher resolutions

It depends on what you focus. If you focus on fps play in 1080p. If you prefer solo games and like more the game quality buy a 2k. But anywys I would choose a 1080p
