Problem with CS 1.6 client

Howdy,
Does anyone know what the CS 1.6 client problem is? that is, if I play the game on the dedicated video card, it moves in pictures ...
And I can only play on the processor 's integrated card:

Try making it run on the dedicated GPU through NVIDIA control panel for 1.6 exe, or if you have AMD use its driver software instead
