What do you think of SteelSeries?

What do you think of SteelSeries (https://steelseries.com)?

Like Razer and Corsair, SteelSeries is a brand that sells gaming peripherals.

At first I was really positive about SteelSeries and bought quite a few peripherals from them, but after having a $200 headset starting to sound really bad after only 2 years, I contacted SteelSeries customer support and they were totally not going to help me. So now I'm gonna tryRazer.

I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

I just got a pair of Arctis Pro's from them. Its super nice, great audio and comfortable. Only thing I have ever owned from them.

They are an alright brand. I personally have had a bad experience with them but the general consensus seems to be good.
I prefer to use Logitech or HyperX for my mouse and keyboard and Sennheiser for my headphones.

Same for me, the products are pretty good but as soon as they stop working youre basically screwed.

Great! very durable products to be completely honest with you. I've got a steelseries keyboard and its perfect.

My headphones are SteelSeries Arctis 3, they are very durable, I was with them outside while snowing and raining, they still have the best sound quality.
