Best way to stay anonymous on chrome?

So I got my paypal restrictedbecause they discovered my second account.. feels badman. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to hide stuff like cookies, ip, etc to avoid having anything like this happen again, and to just stay generally safe?

run a virtualbox for the second account and use vpn use main account on main desktop without vpn.

use some level 3 proxies and start using a VPN there are lots of out there

If you have lots of troubles, when the next solution is to ask someone, like your wife, to make her own account you'll use for buying things on the Internet.

If you don't have a wife, well, legally you can't use it because you need someone who share your common life and this is the most suitable solution (legally).
