Most hilarious cartoon with lot of great ideas is definitely old goofy series.

If I have to say best cartoon of all time, I think I enjoyed watching Popeye the Sailor Man the most.

Teen titans the ORIGINAL. The new teen titans GO is trash af but the original is amazing

Courage the cowardly dog hands down. Adult themes, funny, 4 or 5 seasons. They just dont make cartoons like Courage anymore. I really hope they reboot it at some point, such a good show.
