Is playing csgo legit even possible?

As the title says, i was wondering a week ago if csgo still is possible to play without cheats. Im a developer but its actually fun to play without cheats too.
i just want answears on this question. And will csgo ever be playable without this muchcheaters again?

i've hear that, if you get alot of "leader" and comments like that, then u will get a high trustfactor. Is it true?

if you create a new account, your factor is = 0, comments could affect your factor idk

Well sort of, depends on various factors such as commends received, number of reports

Well, i am level 10 faceit (3200 elo) And i can say for my self its verry possible to play legit even on MM.
