Haven't played since season 12. State of ranked?

Last time I touched the game was Season 12 but have been looking to get back into OW. Was GM at the time, and assume i'm going to re-place around high master - low GM. Can any GM's comment on the state of the game in regards to leavers, toxicity and meta. Am aware that "GOATS" is supposedly king right now, but am unsure if it prevalent in general ladder play.

Well, exactly there are toxic people or just people who are just tryharding on their entire life, but still sometimes the game sitll is fun
