Garry's Mod ULX Is Not Working

So I have reset my Garry's Mod Server, REset my steam collection, Deleted all my addons and ULX and ULIB still don't work!!! I have tried everything please help!!!!!

Have you tried going to the right forum section? This isnt facepunch.

Make sure you get ulx menu from the right forum section, and also make sure it is placed in your servers addons folder with no caps at all.

Have you tried turning off and on again? Jokes aside, not working is not really specific.

Take a screenshot of the error you are getting please, I will be able to help. I work with servers but not usually with gameservers. Im pretty experienced with GMOD so I may be able to help
