No snapchat is not dying, it has actually grown over 100% in its market cap in just the past 6 months. So it is doing really great.

I don't see how it is, everyone I know uses it actively, even myself

All I know is Snapchat is still not profitable and must regret not accepting Google's $30 billion buyout offer a few years back.
