Ulib and ulx ?

It's the same or no ? i use ulib and Iuse ulx i don't understand when I use this mod just i search an answer x)

Same.... Ulx and Ulib better than server guard all of usss...

Ulx needs ulib to run. Think of ulib as ulx's personal library. Ulx generally manages commands in the server as well as groups/ranks. Almost all servers use it for its abilities

Ulib and ulx are way better than serverguard cause they're free and more simple
