How to get out of silver?

Stop being toxic, play champs u can actually play , help ur mates , learn movement , u dont even need mechanics just try to understand when u have to go where

you probably need ana mazing duo or a 5 man or you are going nowhere its elo hell around silver

Just practice more and play leauge of legends for 7-8 hours a day

I am gonna copy my previous answer because it fits to your problem.
1. You should find a main character to master. It may be a support, tank, midlaner, etc.
2. Play with a friend aka premade on the bottom, mid-top, top-jungle, etc.
3. Try-hard to achieve your goal.
4. Don't flame!
5. Practice, play more.

Just focus on 1-2 roles, and master small champion pull. Less dying and farming like crazy till mid/late game. Vision is also a big advantage.

I have seen that people that are stuck in these lower division tends to not see their own mistakes, i'd start by rewatching my games and comparing to pros or higher ranked players. Usually u can see a clear pattern of what they are doing that you are not.

I recommend to mutate the chat, both your team and global, play with buffados champions and watch enough stream mainly of pro players are the best for you to see the game tactics and take this as an example to put into practice in your games.

Play support, support & support lux veigar blitz, be actually good practice learn the champs

Try to find a nice duo mate.
Play less champs like 2-3 and get as good as possible on them.
And of course a main lane. Don't play everything.
Always ping. And if you don't tilt, do not go for a /mute all.
Because even if they listen only 1 out of 10 times to your pings,
that 1 time will help you.

Having fun is the most important part.
If you had some bad games and you are in a bad mood, just stop for that moment.

You have to learn to "how to copy" others, I know this was my problem because I didn't even know, after watching one player for almost a month I went from silver to plat, everything from wave/map rotations to mouse movements. Copy copy copy
