Any guitarists on here?

Been playing for nearly a year myself, 3 months ago I bought my first electric which had a floyd rose on it. Despite what other people told me about the horror stories floyd roses give. I think its not too bad, I did however spend 1hour and 30 mins trying to restring my guitar so that wasn't fun.

Yes, I've been playing guitar for 3 years now,and I've got to say that I love playing guitar, because it calms me down and a great instrument.

Is there a thread were i can find suggestions for the first guitar one could own? To start learning?
