depends if it is Ping lag or game lag, i mean obviously you can get a better pc, or upgrade some things inside of it, but maybe you don't have the money for it, there are some optimization addons you can get so you could try those?

what are your specs? GMOD doesnt use much of anything

Just enter 'fpsboost' in console and then you will gain fps..

There are many tutorials on the internet which have helped other people immensely from going to 20 fps to solid 60+, try watching a tutorial or two and go to the workshop for fps boosters, they can help quite a bit.

A little help here is the command that you need to enter into the console: "gmod_mcore_test 1"

Uninstall and reinstall only work this road. If you are have a nice internetional port.

reinstall gmod then clear addons and if you are using discord overlay disable that and boom 60 fps

maybe you subsribe full addon, you need unsub that's reason for me or server are bad config
