[Searching] Looking for staff members

Hi,
So i'm searching for 3 type of people :
First one are Front or Back devolepers for a CMS forum system.
Front devolepers you need to know:
1. HTML
2. CSS
3. Know how to havefun :yay:
Anything else also helps :noh: (photoshop skills are a big + )

Backend devolepers:
1. PHP
2. databases (we use mysq,PostgreSQL andSQLite)
3. Motivation and a beer ( the beer is for me. )

The secound type of people are article writers for a news website.
The website is mainly techy so everything helps but you need to write properly and you know what you are saying.If you want to write about Android you have to have some knowledge or just ask someone of the team for more info.
1. Proper english
2. Free time
3. Know how to havefun :yay:

And the last but one of the most important is the sharing guy :D
1. Share and make the projects popular.
2. Know how to use social media pages
3 Know how to havefun :yay:

If the projects make money i will give to everyone but for most parts the projects don't make money. :noh:

If this site will have a sector dedicated to news about the world around hacking, shoot me a PM.

I'm a dedicated writer for ages and have been news writer for some big sites.

No one is going to fork for free.

Yes i know but there are a lot of open source projects that started this way. And i'm sure that there are people who don't know what to do in they're spare time so they can help :D.

I'm sorry if it looks like something but the point of the post was to find people. I'm making a CMS so the forum is only for the devolepment of the forum. If we had people there i woudn't ask on other forums. If you guys don't like the post remove it I don't want to look like a person just coming and making advertiseof a website. That is why i didn't give a link or even the name. And the other project isn't a forum as well so. In other words im just searching for people to make something out of free time. Im sure that there is at least one person here not knowing what to do in his free time and searching for a project to CO-OP to. If not im sorry for the usless post.

Im pretty sure an Admin/Staff has already seen this, they didn't remove it for a reason.

Apparently A doesn't get the point of the thread.
