lulu is best support if you are well timed with shields
a lot of people forget that if they get close she can turn them into a bunny for a few seconds as well which is my favorite part :^)

Great (A-tier): Thresh, Rakan, Xerath, Taric, Zilean, Morgana, VelKoz, Zyra, Brand, Soraka
Good (B-tier): Bard, Pyke, Yuumi (Will), Lulu, Alistar, Fiddlesticks, Blitzcrank, Karma (Hewitt), Leona
