Opinions on "Logic" the rapper?

What's you guys's opinions on the rapper known as Logic? I'm personally a big fan of his music however I'm not too sure how I feel about his new album. "The Incredible True Story" is ehh, I feel like he's trying too hard to mimic Kendrick Lamar and not really focusing on finding his own sound so he sounds kind of like a KL knock off.

But I mean his music is pretty good, I listen to him often. How do you guys feel about him? I know some of my friends IRL(yes I have those lol) all think he tries too hard to be Kendrick so they don't like him unforunately. But I persoanlly think once he finds his own sound he'll be a great artist.
