Sleep? It's 4:09am here.. who the hell needs sleep?

In addition, it doesn't matter how long you sleep. As long as you sleep, you're good. Just make sure you have someone to wake you up in time. Better to go somewhat rested than not rested at all where by 11am you are conked the fuck out in your chair.

I only ever sleep about 3 hours a night. That is usually before I work 12 hour days.
