celery is negative calories
but stay hydrated! water is super important, and try a more keto/primitive diet with more protein and less carbs

you don't need to eat less, if you like to eat you can replace calorie dense foods for foods that doesn't have much calories but adds volume and fills you up, like veggies and protein, and keep hydrated

Drinking at least 64 ounces (eight cups) of water every day may help with weight loss. Downing liquid is not the only way to meet this goal. About 20 percent of your hydration needs can be met through your diet, says Caroline Susie, RDN, a national spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and get Water News Online.

Stay away from processed foods. Eat foods like Steak, Chicken, Fish, Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts. Pretty much anything that is only one ingredient. If whatever you are eating has a bunch of ingredients on the nutrition facts it's most likely bad for you. 95% of the time. Go into a caloric deficit, meaning eat less calories than you burn in a day, or just the same amount.

As long as you excercise regullary you can probably get away with a not so great diet. The key is to have some cardio often no need to over do it, half an hour a day works fine for me. Cutting off sodas and snacks is all i do.
