Looks like some sort of fallout related thing. the "dateline" converts to Mon, 09 Nov 2015 00:52:44 GMT Which is when Fallout 4 was released. The first datetime variable converts to Wed, 11 Nov 2015 15:40:21 GMT. which I have no idea about what that is.
