Why are pixar movies so good?

Plus, these type of movie isnt something that we can hate easily since its all based on graphics and not live action. If it was a live action movie, we would all be saying something about some particular person that may not fit well with the character. Example would be Captain Marvel character. Lots of mix reviews with Brie being the character and not someone else who is better in acting.
