World War III

I don't really like how people are always talking about the US, Russia, China, and North Korea when it comes to nuclear power and World war 3. I mean people should also be concerned about the other nuclear states like India and Pakistan which by the way if you didn't know are both engaged in an active conflict against each other.
So it might not even be one of the four states stated above that starts a third world war as it might be any of the other nuclear states.
