What happened to apex legends ? I thought that game was gonna pop

Apex is a good game, but updates came a lot slower than people expected - and they're making very little money due to a lackluster shop. Personally, Apex Legends is the first Battle Royale game I really enjoyed, so I'm hopeful that they can remain relevant by addressing these issues.
