How many genders are there ?

So many people in here confusing SEX and GENDER. Your body parts determine your sex. That's why they call reassignment surgery "SEX reassignment surgery". Don't even get me started on chromosome mutations. You can read more about that here: https://www.who.int/genomics/gender/en/index1.html


Gender is how one presents themselves to the outside world. Typical human understanding sees gender as the same as they see sex: binary and locked to that binary. However it's never really quite that simple. How is someone who has both a penis and breasts, as well as ovaries supposed to identify? What if they don't feel like they're male or female?
