For the sci-fi/time-travel angle: Edge of Tomorrow was surprisingly good, as I don't usually enjoy many Tom Cruise movies nowadays. But I re-watched this one twice.
Looper was also decent.

For the psychological thrillers: Memento, Identity, and Coherence, just to name a few... all worth the watch. Memento being my favorite of the bunch.
