I think the 15 posts rule is kind of pointless

Admins monitor newly joined websites that's why. It's a community of sharing and gaining reputation for being trustworthy. It's been seen many times that leachers will download files and upload them back on the website as a RAT. That was only directed towards the leak section part that lot's of people are looking for. As far from the leak section, the community get's involved with each others discussions and enjoy themselves. Toxic is a major factor upon the internet. In my opinion the post count can even be a little higher, but 15 post will definitely provide enough personality about someone that will be easy to modify.
