Has Minecraft died yet?

Recently, in Minecraft, they started to make at least some updates, and this is due to the fact that Hypiel makes their game similar to Minecraft. Minecraft (on mobile, windows 10, consoles), non-Java Edition is likely to live. It seems to me that Java Editon will soon be turned into regular Minecraft too (for the one from Microsoft Store)
