whats your life goal right now? what u seek?

I'm trying to learn how to calm myself. Right now, my life is wrecked. My girlfriend ( ex i guess) doesnt trust me anymore.
My study mood is decreasing as time. Even playing games is such a boring activities.
I trust myself with slowly but surely. You know, be positive is good.
