The reactivity time is a big part on how good they are.

Pro CS players do not rely that much on reactions... They rely on map manipulation, rotation manipulation, default map control and nuanced executions in relation to previous rotation manipulation they have exhausted. CS:GO on a pro level is not comparable to any level below it and should not be looked at in a simple manner.
