No, absolutely not. You'd need a crazy amount of good hardware running in your own pool to even think about earning enough money to cover the electricity utilized and make it worth your while...
Other coins are obviously easier to mine but still not really worth it IMO. Also remember the fewer coins left in the Bitcoin network, the harder it will come to mine
