What do you guys think about the fire at the animation studio

It's a shame what happened. I believe the count is up to 33 dead at the Kyoto animation studio. Do you think we will see any of the results of this fire in the animation community? Will projects be delayed, or do you think that they will still try to work the other animators to finish their projects on time?
