How long have you been gaming on PC compared to console?

I play on PC for more than 8 years, on the console I played about a month to finish GTA 5 passage xD. Consoles have a good graphic in games (for this money) and it is cheaper than buy good PC, but consoles really suck because you can`t work on console.
You can`t do music, develop games/software, do design and etc.
